Weekly rates include services such as cleaning, laundry, bedding and bath towels, water & electric.

£320 per week for up to 2 persons sharing 1 bedroom
£380 per week for up to 4 persons sharing 2 bedrooms
£440 per week for up to 6 persons sharing 3 bedrooms

Special rates for a long lease
Please note: -There is an extra charge of £50 per week during school holidays.

Changeover day is normally Thursday, but we can be flexible outside of the school holiday period.

25% deposit is requested to make a booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks before departure.
Please make cheques payable to Mr. Coleman.
You can also pay by bank transfer in sterling or euros

We would be more than happy to give advice for flights, airport transfer or car hire.

We recommend you book your flights before booking your accommodation.

Travel

The only airport is at Arrecife. This is about 25 minute drive from the house. You can hire a car from the airport or you can travel by Taxi.

We do recommend that you a hire a car so you can see the many wonderful sights of Lanzarote but it isn't essential. There is a free bus service that takes you into town from the 4* hotel next door.
