Information about the house: -
The front of the house is blessed with having the sun from mid-morning to late evening. There is a large tiled patio with a table, parasol & six chairs which looks out onto the garden and a large swimming pool surrounded by a sundeck. We provide 6 sunloungers for you to relax on.
Lounge/diner:
Spacious lounge with comfortable seating and large dining table with 6 chairs. It includes a TV with English channels, DVD player, and stereo with CD player. There is a large selection of books and some discs.
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite, safe and French doors opening onto the balcony.
The ground floor bedroom has twin beds, and French doors opening onto the Solana.
The third bedroom also has twin beds and a cot.
All three bedrooms have large wardrobes and chest of drawers.
Bathrooms:
There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one en-suite. Both have bath/shower and wc. The en-suite also has a bidet.
Kitchen:
Modern kitchen with cherry wood cupboards and granite worktop. Includes cooker with grill and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
Solana:
Washing machine, iron & ironing board, and BBQ.
This property is ideal for families and couples who want a quiet relaxing holiday. Within a comfortable walking distance there are some beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, good walks, and all the water sports.
For persons that have difficulty going upstairs we have a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor.
We have a ‘STRICTLY NO SMOKING POLICY’.
